Your Perfect Presentation
Exhibitors can register for three different options.
Option 1 - raw exhibition space, not furnished
Raw exhibition space, not furnished. The minimum stand area is 25 sqm.
Option 2 - exhibition space with booth construction, Octanorm standard
Booth space including booth construction on a hired basis, Octanorm standard. The minimum stand area is 12 sqm.
Option 2 includes the following standard features of modular booth construction:
- stand area with carpet side and back walls
- 1 spot 100 W per 3 sqm of stand space
- 1 table and 4 chairs (as an example for a 12 sqm stand)
- 1 wastepaper basket 1 socket 220 V, 1 kW
- fascia with company name
Option 3 - outdoor exhibition space, not furnished
Outdoor exhibition space, not furnished. The minimum stand area is 25 sqm.
Transport- & Forwarding- & On-Site-Handling-Services
Panalpina Welttransport GmbH has been appointed by fairtrade as the official forwarder for this exhibition. The nomination of Panalpina is on an exclusive basis and no other national or international freight forwarder will receive the permission to work on the fairgrounds and inside the exhibition halls. If you use the freight service of Panalpina also for the complete transport to the exhibition grounds, you can be sure to avoid delivery problems of your exhibition goods.
